Luxurious Flemington with Stunning Racecourse View

My kids and I love the pool, the view, the atmosphere and the vibe. Positive: The pool and view, the atmosphere, the friendly vibe. Negative: Why it only reserves you the room if you book weeks in advance and then charges you closer to the date of your stay defeats the whole purpose of booking early - money wise.

Nice place to stay, good amenities and amazing views Positive: Location was perfect as we were attending an event across the road and pretty much just needed somewhere to sleep. The views were amazing to just sit and chill and relax. Probably could have made use of other facilities but didn't really have the time but it was good to have them there. We were greeted upon arrival and guided to the carpark, then once at the room were informed of the closest shopping and dining and alike which was a nice detail. Negative: The secondary bedding was less than comfortable and I didn't realise how bad my brother snores and since the place lacks doors it was a little annoying but it would be awesome for a couple or if I was travelling alone. Other than that its hard to think of anything to dislike.
