Luxurious Flemington with Stunning Racecourse View

Pretty amazing 🤩 just those few things in the first comment Positive: It would have been nice to have pool towels and some more towels, and the couch is not good to sleep on😢maybe a proper pull out and you need a fan in the bathroom😀 Negative: The bed was very comfortable and the view is amazing and so central.

nice and convenient Positive: Location was good and view was amazing. Bed was comfortable. the host was very friendly. There is an Italian Restaurant up the road which is amazing. Supermarket close by. Negative: the checkout should be a bit more simpler. It was a bit annoying knowing that we had to take our bags down first then go back to room and put key in room. As you need the key to get to the carpark which you should be able to get the carpark when you check out. The windows should have been open to let fresh air as it was very stuffy when we arrived. The TV didn't work when we tried to turn it on Wednesday morning. Under the mat in the living area definitely needs a good vacuum. the living area needs to be cleaned a bit more.
