Luxurious Flemington with Stunning Racecourse View

Disappointed I don’t think the owner goes in and checks things. We had no light above the mirror Negative: You receive a message with all the details for the key etc on the day you arrive, it needs to be made a bit clearer as to where you go once you are in the building (we were not the only people trying to find out where to go). There is a message at the e d to ask if everything was ok in the apartment and if not could you please let them know straight away, we did have a few issues so I did message them but nobody answered me the whole time we were at the apartment.

What a view! Positive: Spectacular view! Very comfortable le and well-equipped. Everything works! Negative: My only suggestion would be for future guests arriving by car, please explain that you first have to go from the B4 level parking garage on the lift to the ground floor. Then get off the lift and look for the screen on the wall to the right of the lifts to enter the first PIN. Once approved, you can then call another lift to get up to the 18th floor. Then you can use the other PIN to access the unit and get the passkey for the lift.

A bit of a process to get into property, couldn’t find where to park, for us to get the car park fob. The apartment has a spectacular view of Flemington racecourse! No close eateries, so prepare yourselves with food staples before you get to apartment. Otherwise a tram goes into city, which we didn’t have time. Supermarket is a hike, so take comfy shoes. Checking out was also a job. Down to carport, take car out, take fob back up to room, back down to car. Communication with owner was good, but think there needs to be more detailed instructions.

Pretty amazing 🤩 just those few things in the first comment Positive: It would have been nice to have pool towels and some more towels, and the couch is not good to sleep on😢maybe a proper pull out and you need a fan in the bathroom😀 Negative: The bed was very comfortable and the view is amazing and so central.

Positive: The amazing view, comfortable bed, location, parking included, kitchen set up, balcony, pool, good fast communication Negative: Couch was uncomfortable, had to find parking to enter premises and retrieve key from room to access car park
