A Cosmopolitan Hub in CBD Centre

Great location and facilities Positive: Great location and very central to the conference with lovely balcony, good fridge and lounge area Negative: Keys pick up was unclear and fortunately I checked for keys in daylight as the guests were arriving from overseas on flights at midnight. But the instructions provided were not clear that the key was in a keylock hidden in a separate building at the back. Some of the tenants who had businesses at the back of the location alerted me to where the keys might be as the owners did not respond to my request for further information.

The four of us had a great time. Positive: Great little place. Fantastic hub in the CBD. Just the right size for us and my adult family. Basic but perfectly fine for all our requirements with a generous outdoor space and an impressive night view of the city Highrisers. Negative: The upper floors kept throwing glowing cigarette buts down on our terrace..

Modern and well-located property. We had a comfortable stay. Positive: Central location - very convenient. Easy to get to shops, restaurants and public transport. Negative: Bathroom was quite small.

This place is ideally located with trams right out the door and only a few meters to the train. Everything is moments away weather it’s shopping, groceries restaurants or entertainment. This really is a perfect spot. The comfy beds and relaxed decor will refreshed us for each days adventures and the balcony was a favourite, so beautiful both day and night.
