Would be better off staying else where and take taxi to F1 Negative: The bath tub silicon seals are discoloured and does not create a pleasant experience. We didn't need to use the air fryer but it was not cleaned from previous use.

We had great time location was excellent we could walk everywhere and apartment was clean and light.

Positive: Location to the track - Kitchen was well appointed and the fridge in particular very good Negative: Temperature in Melbourne over the weekend was high and Air Con only blew air lucky the night was reasonable while not to my liking was not pleasant - Television didn't have free to air channels - Pillows weren't to my liking and all pillows were the same density. . . .I normally use a pillow softer than those in the room

Great location, but poor service and dirty unit. Positive: Location and property itself was good. Negative: Poor communication/organisation from owners/management and dirty unit on arrival. We weren't given the pass code for unit block entry, so wasted time to find that information from management. Unit hadn’t been cleaned at all from previous occupants, so very poor form. This was remedied relatively quickly, but we we wasted more time. The washing machine was also unusable because of the extensive mould growth. Air-conditioning wasn't working well either. I believe we should have received compensation costs, this was not offered.

We enjoyed our stay in Melbourne! Positive: We liked the taste of interior of the bed room and the living room very much. Very cosy and a good amount of sunlight. They had all the kitchen tools we wanted to use. Felt like at home. Negative: Most of the things were perfect but only 1 thing we want to say. We were 3 persons and stayed 3 nights but enough numbers of towels were not ready at first. We asked and found a bath towel in the closet, but no other towels for the third person any more.
